Marigold Triplex Apartment has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 6 guests. This new luxury property is divided into 3 floors: on the ground floor, you can find a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom with en-suite, and a twin bedroom; downstairs there’s a living room area with a complete bathroom (shower); and on the lower ground floor, there is another living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers air conditioning and impeccable decor that will make you feel welcomed after a day exploring Lisbon. However, what makes this property so irresistible is definitely its location in downtown Lisbon.

Parties or noise are not allowed from 22H. Not fulfilling these rules implies the total loss of deposit or even expulsion from the property.

Note: There is a Lisbon city tax of 2 EUR per person/per night is not included in the total price and should be paid upon check-in. This Municipal Tourist Tax is subject to a maximum amount of 14 EUR per guest. The tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. The total amount of this tax is charged by the city hall, the apartment owner is only responsible for collecting it for the authorities.
Reservations over 4 months, payment of the last month in advance required
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
