This spacious apartment is well decorated and fully equipped. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and has more than enough room to host up to 4 guests. You'll have an equipped kitchen and a superb living room with plenty of natural light and lots of space to move around... There are also two terraces where you can relax and have a drink in the Portuguese capital: one is accessible through the living room and the other through the master bedroom. Although it has an elevator, you don't have to climb any stairs to get to the apartment because it's located on the ground floor of the building, making it a great option for children or people with reduced mobility.

Note: There is a Lisbon city tax of 2 EUR per person/per night is not included in the total price and should be paid upon check-in. This Municipal Tourist Tax is subject to a maximum amount of 14 EUR per guest. The tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. The total amount of this tax is charged by the city hall, the apartment owner is only responsible for collecting it for the authorities.

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
