Set near the heart of Lisbon’s Old Town just a few steps away from the Parliament and 10 min walking from trendy Bairro Alto neighbourhood - a stomping ground of lively bars and restaurants – and its equally fashionable Chiado, one of this city’s most notorious shopping quarters, this two-bedroom apartment sets the scene for the perfect trip to Lisbon.
As cool as it gets this sun-kissed, wooden-floored apartment has street-facing windows that will get you people spotting like a local. The apartment has cable TV, wireless high-speed internet and also heaters and fans!

Guest have access to all areas in the apartment.

I or a local friend of mine will be at the apartment waiting for you to check you in and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need any tips of what to do, to see and where to eat I’ll also be more than happy to assist you!

Quiet and residential neighbourhood, 5 min away from Chiado, Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, three of the most relevant quarters when visiting Lisbon. Historic yet cool, traditional but progressive. The area has got everything. From grocery shops to thrift shops.

You are moments away from the Rato underground station (to and from the airport you have to change line once) and if you’re looking to explore the city in traditional fashion walk down the street and ride the #28 Tram (beware of pickpockets!) and you’ll be able to head to the St. George’s Castle in a century-old transport system. To head to the beach just walk down the road and jump on a train at the Santos Train Station (which also moonlights as an underground station).
There are a lot of buses and a couple of trams a stone’s throw away which means you can access pretty much everywhere from here.

Our commitment:
Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.

Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.

As a welcoming gift, you'll be presented with fresh fruit and one of our famous Portuguese wines.

What happens after I make a reservation?

Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the apartments on offer on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the landlords offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a reservation of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see the flat personally before signing?

Why would you waste time on personal apartment tours? Just use our virtual tour, which allows you to visit several flats in a just a few minutes, and you don't even have to leave your house.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
