This cosy apartment is located 100 meters from Avenida da Liberdade, the most fashionable area of Lisbon, but yet in a historic and quiet neighbourhood.
This cosy studio has everything that you need to base your Lisbon explorations, whether you are in the city alone just for a few days on business or for a couple who just wants to fall even more in love with each other and with the city of Lisbon.
You will find a cozy and comfortable living room area with a sofa-bed that when opened can offer you a very good night sleep. It has a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Wi-fi, fans and heaters.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
I or a local friend will be at the apartment to check you in and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need suggestions on what to do or where to eat in the city, I will be happy to advise you!
Right in the middle of Avenida da Liberdade, filled with green and kiosks where you can relax late afternoon and listen to some live music and 10 minutes away on foot from the city centre and Baixa-Chiado area, to go shopping and get delighted with all the colours and tastes of the city.
The apartment is located in a typical neighbourhood. Although you are very close to Avenida da Liberdade, the street where the house is located is very very quiet.
You will find lots of restaurants, from typical neighbourhood restaurants to trendy and fashionable ones.
You are at a walking distance from the city centre, and you can either go by the fashionable Avenida da Liberdade or the typical Santa Marta and São José streets.
By UBER - From the airport - it'll only take you 20 minutes and you'll pay between 12-15€.
By public transports - From the airport - you have to take the red line on the metro (Airport Station) and ride until São Sebastião station, on the blue line. Once there, change to the blue line until Avenida station, and then walk about 5 min to the front door of the apartment.

Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in their offer. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
