We are renting our beautiful T3 apartment for the whole month of April (possibility to enter the flat a little earlier if needed)
The apartment is very modern, spacious and with loads of light, located in the first floor of the building with elevator. The kitchen is big and fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, dish washer, washing machine and utensils. Big living room with dinner table, couch corner and tv. A closed balcony, handy to hang your laundry and store bulky things. A small but nice bathroom with bathtub. And three rooms (two big ones, ca. 18 m2, and a smaller one, of ca. 10m2) fully equipped with single bed, bedside table, desk, chair, closet, carpet and lamps. Besides that, bed sheets and bed linen are provided.
Perfect for students and young workers.
The apartment is located right next to Roma metro station (green line), but all windows are facing a calm backyard, close to various supermarkets, tascas, restaurants, and bars. And walking distance to IST or Santa Maria Hospital.
Possibility to continue renting the whole apartment from May 2020 with an official contract.
The rent is 1350 euro plus expenses (usually 90 euro per month).

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
