We zijn in Arroios, een wereld op zich, in een van de meest multiculturele en typische wijken van Lissabon. In 2019 werd het door het tijdschrift Time Out beschouwd als de coolste wijk ter wereld!

Gelegen op het Miteloplein, recht tegenover het Mitelopaleis, een prachtig gebouw uit de XVII/XVIII eeuw, en in het verlengde van het Bempostapaleis, beter bekend als Paço da Rainha, vindt u ons op het nº 10 van een klein gebouw uit de XIX eeuw.

Wij bieden comfort, kwaliteit en schoonheid in deze kleine, lichte en volledig vernieuwde ruimte! De woonkamer is niet alleen ruim, maar heeft ook een aangename hoek die gemakkelijk kan worden omgevormd tot een geïsoleerde werkkamer . De keuken, hoewel klein, is functioneel en volledig uitgerust. De tweepersoonskamer heeft een uitstekend en comfortabel bed, met opbergruimte voor lange verblijven. De badkamer is mooi, origineel en zeer functioneel.

Arroios ligt op de heuvel van Santana, in het centrum van de stad. Het is een zeer oude wijk waar van alles te vinden is, voor alle smaken en nationaliteiten. Er zijn restaurants met gastronomie uit de vier hoeken van de wereld, en niet te vergeten de veganisten, bars en brouwerijen waar de aanwezigheid van schelpdieren en "cachorros" beroemd is, zozeer naar de smaak van de Lisbonanen en waar de meest traditionele handel een constante is.

De culturele ruimtes, met name de boekwinkels, de openlucht galerijen waar u kunt genieten van wat meer hedendaags is geproduceerd door verschillende kunstenaars en waar ze op een harmonieuze manier oude gebouwen mengen met meer moderne, sommige van de meer populaire architectuur met andere meer erudiete, karakteriseren op een unieke manier de wijk Arroios.

Deze hele wijk, die smalle en oude straten met modernere lanen mengt, heeft de Campo Mártires da Pátria en de Jardim do Torel als twee van de oudste en meest emblematische groene ruimten van de stad.

Het appartement wordt bediend door een zeer belangrijk vervoersnetwerk, met een directe verbinding naar de meest uiteenlopende plaatsen in de stad.

Als u iets meer dan 10 minuten loopt, heeft u snel toegang tot het metrostation Intendente, Largo Martim Moniz, het kasteel S. Jorge, Av. da Liberdade, Praça do Rossio, Praça do Saldanha en Marquês de Pombal. Het appartement heeft een apotheek en een supermarkt op korte afstand.

The contact with the host was superb! Very well organized, remarkably friendly and very professional! The flat is small but chic at very vell equipped regarding equipment for your day-to-day life. The whole appartment is optimized to the fullest, every corner and every spot has its purpose or function. But regarding the fact who small it is and the given architecture also necessary I guess. Never the less I noticed and experienced this as very well "engineered" :-)
It`s a small flat, ideal for one person. You have to be aware that it is going to be a bit noisy, due to the facts its located at a well frequented street and a junction. But hey, with living in the city you have to be aware this can occur. All in all, a nice, little appartment with a very chic interior and a super friendly host!
