The apartment is a duplex located on the ground floor of a building with no elevator. It is very well lit, overlooking the typical streets of Alfama and with a perfect balcony to enjoy the sun.

The living room has a flat-screen TV, a sofa-bed next to the balcony and its nice view over the neighborhood. The living room also has a dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 60€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
