The living room has a flat-screen TV with Netflix, a Sofa-Bed prepared to have 2 more guests and a Dining Table. It is bathed by sunlight during the day and has sweeping views over the streets of Lisbon Center.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker (capsules not included).
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 45€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
