Ca Cedó is a big townhouse where you have plenty of space and silence. From the main bedroom you have a balcony overlooking the main square of the village. During the summer you can keep it open so the warm local breeze (garbinada) reaches your bed.
You'll have full access to the first two floors of the house. A wine tasting space in the cellar is available upon request (a deposit applies, not available with children). There is a small terrace in the back of the house.
You'll be welcomed to "Ca Cedó" and we'll make everything on our hands to make you feel like home. We really love to show people this beautiful paradise. I'll be available to help you anytime!
La Serra d'Almos is a little paradise just 1h 30 min away from Barcelona and 30 min away from the beach. Most people work in agriculture (grapes, olives, almonds, cherries...). They are friendly and they'll welcome you! You can choose to trek through Serra de Llaberia mountains with a wonderful landscape, visit many sights nearby (Iberian ruins, wine cellars, castles, natural parks, beaches...), make a boat trip in Ebre river, climbing, bird-watching, Michelin star dinning... Or maybe just relax in the house. Everything is up to you! I'm always available to help you design an unique experience catered to you interests.
There isn't much public transportation available in the area. However there is a train station 9 km away and we can arrange a taxi for you if you request it ahead of time.
IMPORTANT: We believe that the listing price should include all the supplies and that's what we have been doing from the beginning of this beautiful adventure. Nonetheless, we've found out that a MINORITY of guests have been squandering electricity doing things like keeping the windows opened while using a/c in the summer, or setting the heater at 30 ºC during the winter while keeping the electrical radiators on. We understand everybody have different necessities and of course we don't want anybody to feel cold/hot. However these situations by a minority of guests go well beyond a reasonable and even honest usage of the facilities. We don't want to transfer these expenses to the guests like you nor putting at risk the continuity of the business, specially in these difficult times. As a consequence, from 01/03/2021 we've decided to keep paying for the supplies but to compel the guests to pay for the excess of electricity consumption above a reasonable high limit. By booking with us you accept to pay for electricity exceeding a consumption above an average of 60 kWh/day. The excess will be paid by the guest at 0,12€/kWh. This money will be withdrawn from the deposit. This limit has been set high enough so the vast majority of guests aren't affected and they don't need to bother at all about their habits. However, like most holidays houses in the area, we've been forced to introduce this cap in order to ensure the continuity of the business as well as for ecology and fairness to a big majority of honest guests. We are seasoned travelers and we try to behave like we were home when abroad. We are very grateful to you for behaving the same. Thank you for your understanding, we hope to see you soon!
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.
You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
