Recently refurbished, this property is located very close to the old town, where art and tradition come together to offer a pleasant stroll and good tasting regional or international delicacies, available at the various restaurants in the area.
With a bedroom with double bed, the apartment offers a very nice decoration and comfort according to your needs. In the living room, well-being combines with the beautiful sea view and the Funchal harbor, visible through the apartment's balcony. Outside, you can enjoy a light meal on the balcony while looking out at the view. Still in the living room has a sofa bed that adds two more places for overnight stays.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to receive you at your meals during your holidays.

In spring and summer you can go for a swim in the Barreirinha Beach Complex or the small beach located in the Old Town, both within a five-minute walk of the apartment. Throughout the year, you can take a stroll through the city's streets and gardens, or take a walk by the sea, along the seafront promenade that takes you to Funchal Marina and the CR7 Museum.
Nearby there is a wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, pharmacies and other shopping areas.
For departures and arrivals from the airport, there is an aerobus stop about 5 minutes from the house, although the best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport!
Guests have access to all areas of the flat.

• All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
