It is a spacious studio apartment with a large terrace and beautiful views, very sunny, facing southwest, with a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, 2 sofa beds, maximum capacity for 4 people (two couples or a couple with children), it is recommended no more than three people, it is equipped with electrical appliances, kitchenware, tableware, towels and bedding, air conditioning. It is located in a quiet residential area of urbanizations and chalets, but at the same time close to the beach and the promenade, which is about 750 m away, and to commercial areas, bars, restaurants, and shops. The rental price includes parking in the parking lot and Wi-Fi connection to Internet. The urbanization has 2 swimming pools for adults, one for small children, interior patio and gardens.

20 meters away, on the same street, there is an urban bus stop that runs every half hour from 7 in the morning until 9:30 p.m., the suburban train station is about 1,500 meters away and the airport is about 20 minutes by car, so it is well connected.

1º.- It is a requirement to leave the apartment clean, collected and without rubbish inside, if this requirement is not met or is not desired, an additional 40 euros must be paid for cleaning.
2º.- It is forbidden to throw buckets of water on the terrace.
3º.- The pool hours end at 10:00 p.m. during the bathing season.
4º.- Please do not make loud noises that transcend outside the apartment during night hours of rest so as not to disturb the neighbors.

A los huéspedes se le prestará la atención necesaria a su llegada, debiendo abonar una fianza reintegrable mínima de 50 euros a la firma del contrato de arrendamiento que se les devolverá al término de la estancia, asimismo se les facilitará información de todo aquello que les sea necesario saber sobre el alojamiento y la zona y se estará a su disposición para ayudarles en cualquier problema que se les presente durante su estancia.
