The living room has a cozy sofa-bed, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and a Balcony with one more table and chairs for 3 to enjoy the sweeping view.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, iron, washing machine, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
￫ In addition to the monthly rent, a Cleaning Fee of 45€ must be paid at the check-in. The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only. Additional cleanings can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee. An extra set of linen will be provided.
￫ City Tax will also be charged in the amount of 2€ per night per person. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
