Our cozy, modern style apartment is located very centrally, close to the Chain Bridge, right below the Castle District. A lively, rich and fascinating neighborhood yet silent as the flat is facing to an inner courtyard. We are so close to most of the sights such as the Castle, Fisherman Bastille, Funicular that you reach everything in a short walk so it's comfortable to come back and take a rest at home any time.

Our flat is located in the vibrant center of the 1st district, famous for the super quick access to the Castle, Danube and part of the UNESCO Word Heritage Center!
At the same time you don't have to worry about the noise, because the apartment looks over an inner courtyard, absolutely isolated from street noise.
The size of the flat is 35 m2 situated on the 5th floor, with wide panoramic view for the Parliament, Buda castle and Fisherman Bastille, provides you with a spacious feeling.
The house has a decadent, old beauty while the apartment is very simple and basic, but feels home immediately, you can be sure that everything is new, modern, working and made for comfortable use.
Our main goal is that you have an amazing stay in Budapest and feel a little like home in the flat, so we used natural materials and colors.
There is a double size bed for two (140x200) and a single bed (90x200) in the loft, with comfy, thick, string-mattresses.
We’ve built a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, and an electric stove where you can cook an entire dinner for up to 3-4 people. We’ve made sure you have a reasonable choice of kitchen tools to prepare a delicious meal.
In the bathroom we've built a shower cabin. We've got an electric towel dryer, that also can be used in the summer, so it's easy to dry your wet clothes or towels. Also you'll find the washing machine here with washing powder for free of charge.
The toilet is located in the bathroom with an extractor fan.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
