The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building.
Upon entering, you are greeted by the open-plan living and dining area. The LIVING ROOM features a comfortable sofa and flat screen smart TV with NETFLIX. There is a free Wi-Fi connection available. The flat features a fully equipped KITCHEN with a stove, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and more. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans and other utensils. The flat also has a washing and drying machine. Clothes drying rack, iron and board are provided for your convenience. The two BEDROOMS contain king-size beds, with comfy aloe mattresses and pillows, night tables and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Both of the bedrooms have their own BATHROOMS. One is with a shower, the other has a bathtub. Both have a towel warmer, hand sink, hairdryer and toilet.
The apartment has a Geothermal heating and cooling system.
The private rooftop TERRACE is located on the top, 5th floor of the building.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
