Our Pest downtown cosy and modern, fully equipped NOVAK Apartment is located near the Uni district/Corvinus/ at Kalvin tér(Metrostop blue and greenline) ,near National Museum and Grand Market Hall, the Danube and Liberty Bridge, where number of ruin inns, cafes and teracces, bistros and restaurantes, supermarkets, Libraries,students meeting places and clubs can be found in a multicultural distrist. The flat is a renew historical 4 level multiflat building (built in 1920's) on its first floor with elevator) where you can experience the real life in Budapest like a Budapester as you are also supposed to live the locals life with local urban residents and keep the order of the house. You will have a really strong impression when you enter the gateway from busy Üllöi street and you can get in touch immidiatelly with the past 100 years of Hungary.
Our small split level studioflat is on the first floor, entrance from courtyard corridor. The house is located in the middle of busy downtown yet wonderfully peaceful and relaxing and feels like a true home from home. A perfect base for travellers, students, business people, honeymooners, for sightseeing, digital nomads or for home-officers.....
Size 31 sqm and was completely refurbished in May 2013, has a combined living area with an openaired kitchen and upstairs a sleeping area and a small sleeper . The apartment situates up to 3 guests, however it is most comfortable for 1, for a couple or 2 friends, mates. It has a small bathroom with a bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC. Fully equipped open plan kitchenette,a dining table with 4 chairs, a desk/laptop space, (free, max.360 Mb/sec WIFI) a pull out sofa and armchairs serve your comfort.
On mezzanine (reach with stairs) there is a double bed (160 cmX 200 cm) and a furher rolling extrabed for a 3.person.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
