This is the attic space of the former laundry, from which the architects create a modern housing unit with elements reminiscent of the original non-residential function. This is achieved by using raw materials, in the form of wood and steel to industrial elements, and by retaining the dominant frames of the original lattice steel windows.

Minimalist one-room apartment on the total area of ​​22 m2 sufficiently comfortable for two people with the possibility of sofa bed for a third person. It is located in the very center of Brno a 3-minute walk from Brno's main Freedom Square. The apartment is located under the roof, the path will be shortened by a new elevator, the apartment itself leads several stairs.

A separate toilet and a spacious shower are complemented by a washbasin in the form of a barrel. The kitchenette is created by a combination of a liquid ethanol fireplace, a kitchen desk with a hob and a sink. The remaining appliances are hidden in the entrance portal within reach of the kitchenette. The work area consists of a table in a niche with the possibility of creating a temporary workplace on the edge of the bed.

The space is fully equipped - washing machine, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee machine for capsules, air conditioning (which is also used for heating), blackout blinds, bed 140x200 cm, bed linen, sofa, table, two chairs, WI-FI, electronic lock and smoke detector.

Krásný byt v centru Brna. Sice maličký, ale hezky zařízený. Co chybí je mikrovlnka nebo trouba na ohřev jídla, ale v kuchyňce je zase hezký krb. Pan majitel je moc milý. Za vše děkujeme, rádi se zase vrátíme:-)
