The house is modern "ibiza" style building, with high celling and big windows everywhere. Not a very usual building in this area. House was completely renewed in 2018.
With 2 floors, the main floor has the terrace and pool at the same level , making everything more easy to access and move. Kitchen, eating room, salon and a little toilet also at the same level.
In second floor we found 2 big rooms and a complete bathroom in the middle. Rear room is prepared for chidlrens, but can be easy set up for max 2 persons splitting the beds. Front room is the main room with views to the pool. This is prepared as double bed, but can also be splitted for max 2 persons.
This zone of costa blanca is special. There is a micro climate , very similar to the balearic islands. In summer we got the breeze from the sea making it not warm and in winter is very sunny and well protected and prepared. But we NEVER used the pelet stove. In winter, minimum 23C inside the house without any heating system.
We are next to the famous calas 9 (little beaches) in the area like la Fustera, cala Advocat at 2 min drive or 10 min walk. Next to a little supermarket and gas station with very selected products.
Lots of possibilities for runners, ciclists, divers and walkers.
We prefer long stays , with a minimum of 2 months, so we can also coordinate the move somewhere else. The ideal is a 3 month stay.
We can also leave our car so you can move around, our electrical bicycles and a complete set of pool /beach toys in case you have childrens also.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
