Spacious one-bedroom apartment in Algés, 60 square meters. Separate fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast nook in a closed balcony, living room with dining area and a separate office next to the bedroom.
Ideal apartment for an individual, who needs an extra working space-office area, or for a couple.
High-speed internet access is installed, so our apartment is also suitable for someone, who works remotely and needs a reliable internet connection.
On the TV you can watch international channels and also Portuguese TV channels.
We provide our guests with bed linens, towels and all necessary toiletries during their stay.
There is an information book in 4 languages (English, French, Portuguese and Spanish) in our apartment about the local tips, transportation etc.
We can also arrange for you the airport transfer with a local driver, or recommend and help you to book a tour/trip during your stay.
The apartment is easily reachable to the Oeiras Valley, called as Silicon Valley of Portugal and the largest hub for the nurturing of innovation, creativity and technology in Portugal.
Algés is a 10-minute train ride from central Lisbon (Cais do Sodré), 30 minutes from Cascais. There are also bus and tram connections to Lisbon.
Algés itself has several small shops, the local market and nice restaurants, still outside the beaten track for tourists.
CASA ALEGRE is a 10-minute walk from the nearest beach and just one train stop from Belém.
There is a possibility of free street parking in front of the building.

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every offer. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the landlords on Flatio.

Can I see the flat personally before signing?

Why would you waste time on personal apartment tours? Just use our virtual tour, which allows you to visit several flats in a just a few minutes, and you don't even have to leave your house.

How can I pay?

How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
