Cute small accommodation i could recommend for two people. It was wonderful stay for us.
This flat is close to tram, bus and metro stations.
There is only a little bit more dusted inside everything else was alright.
Neighborhood
I guess It is Turkish part of Vienna so there is a lot of restaurants with kebab, burek and so on. There are many supermarkets ( max 10minutes by walk) like billa, penny, lidl, hofer, dm Drogeriemarkt…

Very close to this accomodation there is stadhalle also with swimming pool.
49 tram is the easiest way how to get to the inner city without effort or by walk it is around 40min.
