When I bought this flat, what sold me on it was that it has great central location and the layout is fantastic - it allowed me to create 2 bathrooms, it has 2 big rooms which are not next to each other but in the 2 end of the apartment this way guaranteeing privacy furthermore it's really spacious.

Im really picky about where I live, so when I renovated this apartment, I created a space I would gladly live at as well and used high quality materials, tiles etc.

It was rented for short and long term and my tenants were quite fond of it:) Some reviews:
