Of course! You can easily cancel your reservation request via your account on Flatio (in the My Housing web app).
There are two ways you can do it:
- Through the "Actual reservation" section in the dashboard
- Through the "Reservations" section in the left menu bar
The next steps are the same for both ways:
- In the chosen section, click the "Detail" button of the reservation request you want to cancel.
- In the opened detail view of the reservation request, click the "Cancel reservation" button, which you can find on the right side under the profile photo of the landlord.
- Confirm the entire action.
Please note that this action is NOT reversible and the entire reservation request will be canceled together with the draft of lease agreeement that was created.
If you change your mind later, simply create a new reservation request and wait again for the landlord's decision.
