The landlord has rejected my reservation request. What should I do?

Reservation requests can be rejected for many reasons, but the most common is that the listing is unavailable at the desired date.

Many landlords advertise on alternative platforms as well, and it may happen that the accommodation is already booked on another platform at the time of the reservation request. (Unfortunately, sometimes landlords don't update their availability calendar.)

Other reasons for rejection of the reservation request can be missing information in your profile (that's why we recommend you write down as much information about yourself as possible), or the number of people (you're asking for accommodation for more than the maximum possible number of people indicated in the listing details).

In case of rejection of the reservation request, unblocking of the reservation fee from your card will be requested immediately. You can make a reservation request for another listing. There are many other options available on Flatio!

Can't find another suitable accommodation? Try contacting the landlords with unavailable listings as well. It may be that the availability or price hasn't been updated for a while.
