Can I contact the potential tenant before accepting a reservation?

Do you need additional information from a potential tenant before you can decide about their reservation request? See how you can contact them!

Yes. Click through to the Messages section in My Rentals. You will see a pink button New message. Then select the person’s name in the To field.

You can also write a message from the reservation detail. Just go to the Reservations section and choose the concrete reservation, show the detail via More button and then press Send a message button.
