About me
I split my time between Portugal and California. This home is a living place that has never been rented until now. It was built in 2007 and had major bathroom and kitchen upgrades in 2020. I am a semi retired product developer who spent the last 40 years working in technology and solar products in the San Francisco Bay Area. I bought this home in 2018 and enjoy the quiet space and vibrant light of the mostly sunny days. The beach is a long walk away, about a mile, but there is a path away from traffic that leads to the center of Cascais, by the sea, with many restaurants and commerce. As someone who had to navigate a move to Portugal I wish I had the opportunity to live here for a few months before I invested in a permanent residence. A 3-6 months stay, with all the comforts of home, without the long term commitment, is what I aim to offer.
